Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is an emerging field integrating the traditional path of Yoga with modern medical science for a healing journey that balances the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual whole for optimum health and longevity.

Yoga is an ancient system that acknowledges and addresses the multidimensional nature of humanity. In traditional Yoga, these dimensions are the panca kosha, or five sheaths. They may be approximated as the physical, subtle energy, mental, wisdom, and spiritual bodies.
